How do I place an order?

To place an order with us:

  2. Search via the search bar
  3. Add an item you love to your cart
  4. Proceed to checkout

How do I know if my order was accepted?

After placing your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number. At any time you can follow your order status. To do so, please click on “My orders” in your The Cadence’s account.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you have a 60 minutes window to cancel your order.  The quickest way to contact us to do this is via CHAT or using our contact form.
